No one gets left behind
At zubedy, our programs draw strength from shared values and traditions. We believe that at heart, everyone wants good things for themselves and the people around them, simply because the world cannot prosper as a whole if some are left behind.
Our ethnoreligious belief systems have always advocated for the appreciation of the collective. The Hindu lore tells the story of how the devas helped feed each other when they could not feed themselves. The Buddha once admonished a group of monks for not taking care of each other. The Bible teaches us to love our neighbours. And the Quran speaks of the duty to get to know the diverse people on this earth.
In the professional world, as in life, we must also go back to basics and embrace the people within our organisation. Each individual carries certain unique potential and the collective potentials can help propel innovation, growth, and success. That is why human capital management should be at the forefront of business and governmental initiatives.
In that spirit, zubedy has been helping many employees, unemployed graduates, the B40 community to maximise their potential within the organisation and the community.
No one gets left behind. At least, we constantly give our best to ensure that.
