Introduction
zubedy’s Mentoring – Coaching is an intervention that can assist your leaders and talents to learn something he or she would have learned less well, more slowly or not at all if left alone. Thus mentoring is a good vehicle to ensure that tacit knowledge is passed on as we empower the mentees to seek other mentors within and outside the organization.
